This is a border I drew using a White Gellyroll pen.

The diagram below shows step by step instructions on how to make a border like this one.

Simply start with your dotted line. Connect the first dot to the fourth dot using a curved line. Then connect the second dot to the fifth using a curved line. Follow this process until you reach the end!

This technique works on frames, borders, circles...nearly everything! It adds a really nice touch to a plain dotted border! Give it a try!
